Sustainability, Wellbeing and Biophilic Design
Acting and designing responsibly for the future is embedded in every action we take. We are passionate about sustainable placemaking and are committed to improving the human experience through our work.
Our holistic attitude results in places to live, work, learn, and play that have a minimal impact on the environment. We are industry leaders in sustainable placemaking, reinforced by our qualified Fitwel assessment offering and involvement in industry groups including CIBSE Homes for the Futures Group, London Energy Transformation Initiative (LETI), and the UK Green Building Council.
This unique approach to sustainability and wellbeing across all built environment disciplines ensure the creation of exceptional spaces that preserve history, serve local neighbourhoods, and are adaptable and resilient for the future.
Working in unison, our team delivers a fully integrated and coordinated approach throughout the design process following the RIBA Sustainable Outcomes Guide. This starts at concept design, when we help our clients define their sustainability, wellbeing, and low carbon ambitions in light of legislative and market opportunities. Our strategies are developed to be pragmatic, deliverable, and embedded at the outset of work – resulting in highly successful projects.
